Limestone

January – December

Low pH levels are great conditions for moss and weeds to grow in your lawn. Limestone helps restore the pH balance in your soil.

Pre-Emergent

January – February

Pre-Emergent is applied to create a barrier to help prevent Crabgrass -a warm seasoned weed- and other weeds from germinating.

Crabgrass Preventer

March – April

This treatment strengthens the Pre-Emergent Application, helps prevent Crabgrass seeds from growing, and gets your lawn ready for spring.

Post Emergent

April

Weeds are persistent and competitive undesirable plants in your lawn. Post Emergent helps control weeds that have already sprouted.

Fungicide Preventer

May – June

Fungicide Preventer helps protect your lawn from fungal diseases.

Humid environmental conditions help flare up harmful fungal diseases. Multiple applicaitons and much time are needed to cure fungal disease.

White Grub Preventer

May – June

White Grub Preventer helps prevent insects from laying eggs that can become larvae that eat away at grass roots.

Summer Fertilizer

June

The heat of summer and foot traffic is a lot for your lawn. Summer Fertilizer strengthens your lawn to withstand the heat and enhance its rooting system.

Nutsedge & Crabgrass Post Emergent

May – July

Post Emergent helps control Nutsedge (tall overgrown grass imposter) and Crabgrass (warm seasoned weed) that have sprouted.

White Grub Treatment

June – August

White Grubs are destructive insect pests that can destroy your entire rooting system. Pulling your grass up like a loose carpet square and seeing moles and birds digging up your lawn are warning signs.

Winter Fertilizer

November – December

Replenishing your lawn during the winter means it can withstand the cold winter and get ready to grow fuller, stronger, and healthier for the spring.

Plugging

Early fall is the ideal time for plugging. The next best option is plugging in early spring.

Get ready to notice the difference in lawn density and strength after proper plugging and overseeding.

Because we focus on doing the job right, we follow a straightforward process. Read about what our Plugging Service entails.

Plugging / Core Aeration

Our technicians are ready to loosen the compact soil on your lawn. Loosening the soil opens the surface area for the overseeding process.

Fertilizer

Fertilizer is applied to replenish the existing grass. It will also help the new seedlings get the nutrients it needs to grow thick and strong.

Seeding

Overseeding places new seeds in the loosened soil surface areas to begin germination.

Second treatment to bare spots

Our technicians will return to make sure the bare spots on your lawn don’t stay bare.

Plugging

Early fall is the a great time for the first plugging and early spring is ideal for a second plugging.

F.A.Q.

Lawn Care Program

Lawn Care Treatments are optimal for a strong, weed free, beautiful, and healthy lawn. Give your lawn the upper hand it needs to fight off diseases and stay healthy with our Lawn Care Program.

We will send out “Treatment Application Reminder” emails to inform you when we will be applying treatments, what treatment we will be applying, and any preparations needed before we arrive.

We ask that pets and family stay indoors and that you allow our technicians access to the soon to be serviced area by unlocking gates.

If you are home, that’s great! Our technicians love to see your smiling face and chat with you about your lawn.

We ask that family and pets let the treatments settle in and dry for at least 24 hours.

Our technicians try to apply treatments in non-extreme temperatures and before it rains. If, however, it doesn’t rain within 24 hours after a treatment is applied, we ask that you water the serviced area to help achieve the most favorable results.

Normally, the treatments take a few hours to settle in and dry. However, to be on the safe side we ask that all pets and family stay off the serviced area for 24 hours. As a reminder our technicians post signs after applying treatments.

When the renewal time for a program is approaching, we will send out an email to let you know. We want to make sure we are both on the same page and that you are ready to start another great year.

We love the environment! When you sign up with Fresh 365 Lawn Care, we send paperless invoices to your email.

We also have the option to send your paperless invoice as a text message.

Like to keep a paper trail? We can print out your invoice and our technicians will deliver it next time they are on site.

We have three payment methods.

    • We have an online payment option provided through our paperless invoices. They have a link to access the online payment process. The online payment option comes with a $3.00 convenience fee.
    • We accept checks. Checks can be mailed to our office. Our office address is listed on our paperless invoices.
    • We also accept cash on site before or after we complete our services.

No lawns are identical. That being said, we are not at liberty to provide you with a starting price. To properly provide you with a quote our technicians discuss your lawn’s needs with you personally.
