Our most commonly asked questions are provided below for all our programs including our Lawn Care Program, our Lawn Maintenance Program, and our Leaf Removal Program.

Lawn Care Program

Lawn Care Treatments are optimal for a strong, weed free, beautiful, and healthy lawn. Give your lawn the upper hand it needs to fight off diseases and stay healthy with our Lawn Care Program.

We will send out “Treatment Application Reminder” emails to inform you when we will be applying treatments, what treatment we will be applying, and any preparations needed before we arrive.

We ask that pets and family stay indoors and that you allow our technicians access to the soon to be serviced area by unlocking gates.

If you are home, that’s great! Our technicians love to see your smiling face and chat with you about your lawn.

We ask that family and pets let the treatments settle in and dry for at least 24 hours.

Our technicians try to apply treatments in non-extreme temperatures and before it rains. If, however, it doesn’t rain within 24 hours after a treatment is applied, we ask that you water the serviced area to help achieve the most favorable results.

Normally, the treatments take a few hours to settle in and dry. However, to be on the safe side we ask that all pets and family stay off the serviced area for 24 hours. As a reminder our technicians post signs after applying treatments.

When the renewal time for a program is approaching, we will send out an email to let you know. We want to make sure we are both on the same page and that you are ready to start another great year.

We love the environment! When you sign up with Fresh 365 Lawn Care, we send paperless invoices to your email.

We also have the option to send your paperless invoice as a text message.

Like to keep a paper trail? We can print out your invoice and our technicians will deliver it next time they are on site.

We have three payment methods.

    • We have an online payment option provided through our website. Our paperless invoices also have a link to access the online payment process. The online payment option comes with a $3.00 convenience fee.
    • We accept checks. Checks can be mailed to our office. Our office address is listed on our paperless invoices.
    • We also accept cash on site before or after we complete our services.

No lawns are identical. That being said, we are not at liberty to provide you with a starting price. To properly provide you with a quote our technicians discuss your lawn’s needs with you personally.

Lawn Maintenance Program

Proper lawn maintenance is needed in order to have healthy turf. With Our Lawn Maintenance Program our technicians will dedicate time and effort to increase your turf’s health with proper lawn maintenance.

We offer two mowing rates.

  • Our weekly service rate provides mowing every week for those lawns that have fast growing grass.
  • Our biweekly service rate provides mowing every other week.

We have a systemic process to go through with potential clients. Providing a quote, setting an appointment, and finalizing plans are parts of that process. We unfortunately, can not provide same day request services due to our process and our preplanned optimized schedules.

Our Lawn Maintenance Program is a seasonal program dedicated to bringing proper maintenance to lawns. That being said, we do not provide one-time mowing services.

After one of our technicians provide you with a quote, they will let you know what day of the week you are on schedule for.

The day of service can change if the weather does not permit us to provide you with service, otherwise the day of the week is consistent throughout the season.

We appreciate your feedback; however, our schedule is optimized depending on weekly and biweekly mowing rates and to minimize travel time.

We ask that you allow our technicians access to the soon to be serviced areas. This includes unlocking gates and keeping pets and family inside.

Fresh 365 Lawn Care does not provide mowing services after rainy weather. We want to ensure the safety of our technicians and take care of your lawn. Mowing after it has rained can cause more harm to your lawn than good.

We will notify you if a mowing service is postponed. In rare cases, we may skip a mowing service until the next mowing service.

Leaf Removal Program

Leaf Removal is part of the proper maintenance a lawn needs. Falling color changing leaves are breathe taking. Literally. A layer of leaves can smother your lawn. Our Leaf Removal Program will provide your lawn with the proper maintenance it deserves during the season.

Like mowing we don’t provide leaf removal service after rainy weather. We will notify you if a leaf removal service is postponed. In rare cases, we may skip a leaf removal service until the next leaf removal service.

We have a systemic process to go through with potential clients. Providing a quote, setting an appointment, and finalizing plans are parts of that process. We unfortunately, can not provide same day request services due to our process and our set optimized schedule.

Our Leaf Removal Program is a seasonal program dedicated to bringing proper maintenance to lawns. We do however, provide one time leaf removal service at a higher rate.

In the rare occasion that we do skip a leaf removal service, we do not provide refunds. Our Leaf Removal Program takes into consideration a range of factors, one of them being the range in number of leaf removals per season.

Hauling away leaves is considered as part of our Leaf Removal Program. Whether you choose to have our technicians relocate or haul away leaves, both options are considered in our Leaf Removal Program.
