Lawn Maintenance
Our Lawn and Landscape Maintenance Program includes our mowing services to promote your lawn’s health. Our mowing service include the following:
- Mowing: Our technicians know the appropriate mowing heights and how to give your lawn those consecutive straight lines.
- Edging: Edging is done around driveways, sidewalks, trees, and landscapes to make your lawn look sharp.
- Blowing: Our technicians make sure to keep all your lawn’s hard surfaces clean. Hard surfaces include driveways, sidewalks, stairs, porches, and more.
- Flowerbeds: Our technicians know that your flowerbeds need to be well kept and free of weeds.
We offer two mowing rates.
- Our weekly service rate provides mowing every week for those lawns that have fast growing grass.
- Our biweekly service rate provides mowing every other week.
Leaf Removal
Our Lawn and Landscape Maintenance Program includes our leaf removal services to maintain a clean lawn during the fall season. Our Leaf Removal services are provided at a biweekly rate.
The following is what is included with our leaf removal services.
- Blowing: Our technicians will make sure the fallen leaves are blown off your lawn to let your grass breathe.
- Relocation or Hauling away: If you have a dedicated area for fallen leaves (the woods or a curbside) our technicians can relocate the leaves there or if you would rather not look at a pile of leaves our technicians can haul them away.

Winter Fertilizer
Replenishing your lawn during the winter means it can withstand the cold winter and get ready to grow fuller, stronger, and healthier for the spring.
Limestone
Low pH levels are great conditions for moss and weeds to grow in your lawn. Limestone helps restore the pH balance in your soil.
Pre-Emergent
Pre-Emergent is applied to create a barrier to help prevent Crabgrass -a warm seasoned weed- and other weeds from germinating early.
Spring Treatments
Crabgrass Preventer
This treatment strengthens the Pre-Emergent Application, helps prevent Crabgrass seeds from growing, and gets your lawn ready for spring.
Broadleaf Spray
Weeds are persistent and competitive undesirable plants in your lawn. Broadleaf spray helps control weeds that have already sprouted.
Summer Treatments
White Grub Preventer
White Grub Preventer helps prevent insects from laying eggs that can become larvae that eat away at grass roots.
Fungicide Preventer
Fungicide Preventer helps protect your lawn from fungal diseases. Humid environmental conditions help flare up harmful fungal diseases. Multiple applications and much time are needed to cure fungal disease.
Summer Fertilizer
The heat of summer and foot traffic is a lot for your lawn. Summer Fertilizer strengthens your lawn to withstand the heat and enhance its rooting system.
Fall Treatment
Turf Fall Cleanup
Turf Fall Cleanup prepares your lawn for the plugging season. Getting rid of all the weeds makes way for the new seedlings during overseeding.
Plugging
Our Lawn and Landscape Maintenance Program wouldn’t be complete without plugging! Grass roots need air, water, and nutrients to grow into the strong turf you dream of.

Plugging / Aeration
Our technicians are ready to loosen the compact soil on your lawn. Loosening the soil opens the surface area for the overseeding process.
Seeding
Overseeding places new seeds in the loosened soil surface areas to begin germination.
Fertilization
Fertilizer is applied to replenish the existing grass. It will also help the new seedlings get the nutrients it needs to grow thick and strong.
Limestone Application
We make the the conditions are ideal for the new seedlings. This includes having the right pH.
Bare spot Treatment
Our technicians will return to make sure the bare spots on your lawn don’t stay bare.
Tree Trimming
Before trimming, our arborists examine the tree crown and identify what branches need to be trimmed.
Tree and shrub trimming promotes healthy growing while improving appearance. We also keep future growth in mind.
With our Lawn and Landscaping Maintenance Program we can include trimming once or twice a year.
Material Delivery & Installation
Our Lawn and Landscape Maintenance Program can include a flowerbed refresh with whichever material cover your flowerbeds. This can be provide once a year and will highlight your home’s flowerbeds.
Mulch
Moisture barrier and weed barrier for plants. Adds a little extra nutrient to your soil. Easy to maintain.
Pine Needle
Great material for slopes. Improves the soil. An insulator for plants. Helps with erosion control.
Playground Mulch
Ecologically friendly. Doesn't leave splinters. Safe for kids and pets.
Gravel
Gravel is also the perfect contrast for flowerbeds or areas under your patio.
Brick Chip
Contains moisture in the ground. Doesn't attract bugs. Helps prevent weeds. Low maintenance required.
Color Dye Mulch
We can install red or "rust" colored mulch or black colored mulch.
River Rock
Great for creating water features. Helps with erosion control. Long term aesthetic.
